General Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or ordering any services on our website. By submitting your purchase/order, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract

The scope of these Terms and Conditions (T&C) covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: Website).

The contract is concluded electronically between the purchaser (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.

 

3. Ordering Process

  1. The Buyer selects the desired product or service.

  2. By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, the Buyer submits the order.

  3. The Service Provider confirms the receipt of the order via email.

  4. The contract is thereby established.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The indicated prices are gross prices, meaning they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

  • Method of payment: [Advance bank transfer / Credit card / Cash on delivery / Cash – optional]

  • Payment deadline: [e.g., 3 business days from the confirmation of the order]

 

5. Delivery / Performance

  • The Service Provider shall fulfill the order within [x] days from the date of confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (compulsory for private consumers only!)

Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Buyer (if qualified as a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal:

  • The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the date of contract conclusion in the case of services).

  • The intention to withdraw must be notified via email or post.

  • The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

  • The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable):

  • Products custom-made to the buyer's specifications.

  • Digital content, if performance has begun and the consumer has waived their right of withdrawal.

 

7. Complaint Handling

  • The Buyer may lodge a complaint through the contact channels of the Service Provider.

  • The Service Provider shall record complaints in writing and respond to them within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, the Buyer may turn to an arbitration board (békéltető testület).

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

  • any technical errors occurring on the website,

  • misunderstandings resulting from the buyer's error,

  • delivery/performance issues resulting from incorrect data provided by the buyer.

 

9. Copyrights

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.
