GENERAL TERMS OF USE – GIFT CARD

1. Issuance and validity of the gift certificate

The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. The exact expiry date is stated on the voucher. The voucher is valid for one year and cannot be extended.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and its purchase price is non-refundable.
The voucher is not personal, so it is freely transferable.
The voucher has a unique identifier. If it is lost, stolen or destroyed, the issuer will not replace it.

2. Registration and redemption process

 

• In order to participate in the programs, prior registration/appointment is required in all cases, as follows:

• During registration, the User is required to indicate if they wish to use a gift certificate for payment.

• The voucher must be presented in physical (printed card) or digital (PDF/code presented on mobile phone) form before the start of the program. Failure to do so may result in the provider refusing to accept the voucher.

• Value limit: If the value of the service is higher than the amount of the voucher, the difference must be paid on site. If the value of the selected service is lower than the amount on the voucher, the difference cannot be refunded in cash, the remaining amount will be lost or can be used on another occasion within the voucher's expiration date.

 

3. Cancellation conditions and absence

 

• Change of date: You can change or cancel your booked date no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

• No-show: If the User does not show up at the pre-booked time and does not notify of their absence by the cancellation deadline, the voucher will be considered used and will lose its value.

• Illness: In the event of sudden illness, the voucher will not be lost beyond the cancellation deadline, however, the Service Provider reserves the right to request a medical certificate confirming the fact of illness. After presenting the certificate, a new appointment can be arranged.

 

4. Rules of conduct and responsibility

 

• Clothing: The Service Provider is not responsible for any paint stains or other damage that may occur on clothing. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for painting.

• Damage: In the event of intentional damage to the equipment or devices, the User is liable for compensation.

• Photography: The User acknowledges that group photos or videos may be taken at the event, which the Service Provider may use for promotional purposes on its own platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram). If the User does not wish to appear in the recordings, he/she must indicate this at the beginning of the event.

 

5. Extraordinary events (Force Majeure)

 

• If the service is cancelled due to the Service Provider's fault (e.g. instructor illness, technical error), the Service Provider undertakes to extend the validity of the voucher or provide a new date.

• After expiration, the voucher cannot be redeemed, and any unused amount will be forfeited.
